Church meet my needs?…" With the launching of Berachah in Delaware we are striving to redefine the meaning of "Church" by our love and actions in a way that resembles the way Jesus did things. From the beginning it has been our desire to enjoy and embrace the inescapable and passionate teaching that Jesus gave to his followers - Go and Do as I have shown and taught you. Those words were not just for those early followers, but for all of us. We take this call seriously and passionately live it out with each person we encounter in life, not as a program, but as a practical lifestyle.
The pastor, people, and ministry of Berachah is focused on bringing people back to God, or should we say, Bringing Jesus to People! We believe the Biblical way to do this is not by just giving people truth, but by also giving them proof. They say, "Talk is cheap!" At Berachah we agree. And we are seeking to live out our faith every day in the world in which God has called us to minister.
It’s an exciting, life-giving way to live! None of us would exchange it for any other approach to life. Join us in the adventure of a lifetime! Join us as we live out what Jesus had in mind when he launched his followers to change the world. The Bible says, "Faith without works is dead..." That's why so many religious places wreak with the smell of deadness. Nothing is going on! At Berachah, we are weary of religion! But, we love the real relationship we have found with a living God!
